Document Automation Specialist

Our PropTech client is at a very exciting point in their growth trajectory and due to the pipeline work that has been built up, they are looking to hire a Document Automation Specialist to join their team.

In this role you will work with clients to understand their needs and requirements, provide expert advice and recommendations to enhance and optimise templates, maintain client templates and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure long term client success.

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years document automation experience, be comfortable working with various stakeholders including clients, have meticulous attention to detail, be highly organised, used to working on multiple projects at the same time and have excellent communication skills.

They use their own proprietary document automation solution but prior experience of tools like HotDocs or Contract Express would be helpful.
