Document Automation Specialist

Our client is a boutique law firm based in the heart of central London and they are looking to hire a Document Automation Specialist for their innovation team at a very exciting time in the firm's innovation journey.

As one of the first specialists in the team, this is an important hire and we are keen to hear from candidates with the following experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role either in a law firm, in-house legal team or consultancy
  • Experience of creating and maintaining various documents
  • Has successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of working with lawyers and other teams to provide support
  • Identify opportunities to automate documents withing existing document workflows

Skills needed to be suitable for this role:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to communicate with busy and time poor legal professionals is vital
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to translate technical languages so non tech people can understand
  • Consultative approach
  • Collegiate - as collaboration with other teams in the firm in essential
  • Flexible working approach, being open and responsible to changing circumstances
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at any one time.
