Our Surrey client is currently seeking a skilled Site Administrator / Document Controller to provide essential support to their project teams in London/SE

Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative assistance to the site management team.
  • Manage site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety records.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Facilitate communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate project progress and expense records.
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.
  • Experience of using Asite essential
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite…
