Hays Business Support are working with a fantastic fast-paced, private sector organisation based in Willenhall who are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their team. This organisation has operations in multiple European countries and are a strong advocate for developing a sustainable world through the work that they do.

Your new role


Document Controller
Permanent, full-time
Office based in Willenhall
£30,000 per annum
Flexible working hours
25 days AL + BHs

Job duties:

  • Checking and editing files and ensuring accuracy
  • Reviewing and updating documents
  • Filing documents physically and electronically
  • Manage the workflow of documents
  • Prepare reports and minute take in meetings
  • Maintain existing ISO accreditations
  • Participate in and monitor internal auditing
  • Act as data protection lead
  • Attend monthly H&S meetings

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3 years experience in a document control, compliance, health & safety, or auditing role
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel, Power Automate and other MS packages
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
  • Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection
  • Attention to detail
