DCT Recruitment are seeking a dedicated ,detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various domestic settings. A background in cleaning is highly desirable, especially within a "deep cleaning" environment, as it will enable you to perform your duties effectively.
You will work 16 -20 hours per week with potential for overtime. Driving a car is essential to the role ( Car is not provided ) but mileage will be paid accordingly. Start times can be as early as 6am therefore availability at this time is desirable. Our Client locations are based within a 10 mile radius of Astley, (M29 area).
Responsibilities • Conduct thorough deep cleaning of designated areas. • Ensure all areas are deep cleaned, sanitised and free from dust and debris. • Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. • Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. • Assist with special cleaning projects as required, deep cleans include situations such as , end of tenancy house cleans, commercial & domestic premises contracts, post-event clean-ups. • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to cleanliness.
Skills • Driving Licence (required) • Enhanced DBS (preferred) • Proven experience in deep cleaning cleaning is preferred. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. • Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures. • Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients professionally. • Being able to be flexible and adapt to different shift patterns
