We're currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the U.K. qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and who are looking for additional work on an ad hoc basis.

Eligibility criteria

To become a Domestic Energy AssessorMember, no prior experience working within the property industry is needed, however, applicants must have excellent communication skills, be punctual, reliable and feel comfortable working alone. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is extremely important. You will also need to show proof of a basic disclosure and barring check (DBS), AccessNI or Disclosure Scotland certificate, which is dated within the last three years. To be eligible to receive invitations for Domestic Energy Assessment appointments, you will be asked to complete a short online form, confirming the name of your Accreditation scheme and your Assessor ID.

Payment

Payment is offered at £50 per appointment for an assessment, which is based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms. Viewber Members are emailed each appointment invitation and are free to choose whether the assignment is of interest or not and accept or reject it accordingly.
