Join a team of social care experts as a Domiciliary Care Coordinator to help run care services efficiently.

THE ROLE:
Overall you will be allocating care staff rotas, managing a team of care staff on established routes, and the main point of contact between clients and other local professionals. This includes:
  • Having a good understanding of client needs and arrange appropriate care
  • Carry out risk assessments
  • Ensure care workers are logging in and out
  • Contact care workers if there are any missed logs

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Essential that you have previous experience organise care worker rotas
  • Because you'll be working in the care sector, you must have genuine concern for the welfare of others, being compassionate and kind.
  • Computer literate and able to input data.
  • -An excellent telephone manner and ability to work under pressure

SALARY & BENEFITS:
  • £25,000
  • 25 days holiday + public holidays
