Domiciliary Care Manager

• Be the registered manager with CQC
• Manage daily branch operations to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery
• Assess branch performance against weekly and monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records
• Manage branch-level complaints
• Oversee a team of Field Care Supervisors
• Identify training and development needs for all branch staff
• Present to prospective new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Handle key account management and advise on pay rate changes
• Ensure effective staff placement to meet client needs
• Manage the accurate processing of weekly timesheets via Webroster

Experience:

• Experienced registered manager with the L4 or L5 qualification.
• Computer literacy
• Passion for managing and driving excellence
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong leadership qualities

• Salary c£40,000pa neg doe
• 28 days annual leave (includes Bank Holidays), increasing annually by 1 day up to a maximum of 33 days over 5 years + additional day off for your birthday
