Domiciliary Care Manager
- Be the registered manager with CQC
- Manage daily branch operations to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery
- Assess branch performance against weekly and monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records
- Manage branch-level complaints
- Oversee a team of Field Care Supervisors
- Identify training and development needs for all branch staff
- Present to prospective new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Handle key account management and advise on pay rate changes
- Ensure effective staff placement to meet client needs
- Manage the accurate processing of weekly timesheets via Webroster
Experience:
- Experienced registered manager with the L4 or L5 qualification.
- Computer literacy
- Passion for managing and driving excellence
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Salary c£40,000pa neg doe
- 28 days annual leave (includes Bank Holidays), increasing annually by 1 day up to a maximum of 33 days over 5 years + additional day off for your birthday
