Job Title: Drainage Engineer
Location: Bishops Waltham, Southampton Area
Salary: £32,000- £35,000 + Overtime (Weekend work available)
About the Position:
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable experienced Drainage Engineer to join our client based in Bishops Waltham. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a practical, team-focused attitude. The position offers ongoing work Monday to Friday, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing both commercial and domestic drains.
- Operating a van and jet pack to carry out drainage work.
- Working as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Operating drainage jetting equipment, CCTV drainage, and the client's jet vac lorry.
- Carrying out maintenance, inspections, and repairs to drainage systems.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience in the drainage industry.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in drain jetting, CCTV drainage surveys, and other relevant drainage tasks.
- Relevant qualifications in the drainage sector.
- Must be comfortable working with both a van and as a second operator on a jet vac lorry.
- Full UK driving license held for a minimum of 1 year is essential.
