What we are looking for

We are looking for a confident character who believes that they are capable of delivering excellent pre planned lessons to a variety of age groups. You might be an experienced TA or HLTA that feels ready for a step up and comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. You may be an aspiring teacher who works with children currently and wants a chance to develop and learn, there is no better way than a cover supervisor to gain this invaluable experience. If you are a resilient and confident individual then this is the role for you.

The role

The role will entail you supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared exercises and lessons when teaching staff are on short-term absence. You need to have good communication skills, be highly flexible and enjoy working with children. You will be covering Drama and Music lesson so it is essitial that you have a strong knowledge of music theroy, play an instrument and have theatre or acting experience.
