? Monday–Thursday 7:30am–5:00pm, Friday 7:30am–1:00pm (hello, long weekends!)

The Opportunity:
We’re on the hunt for a friendly, reliable Driver/Production Operative to join the fantastic team at this small manufacturing company. ????

You’ll split your time between delivering goods (in a 3.5-tonne van — mostly local runs within 90 minutes) and getting stuck in with production work (think assembly and joinery tasks). No two days will be the same!

With one of the team retiring soon, there's an opportunity to jump in now — and with a permanent contract up for grabs after probation, it’s a brilliant time to join. This company boast long service in the team and are looking for someone new to come in and join a settled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver goods locally

• Represent the brand with a professional, positive attitude

• Assist with production tasks: assembly, hands-on joinery, team support

• Maintain high standards of quality and customer service

Optional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Previous production, workshop, or hands-on assembly experience

• Great communication skills for customer interactions
