We are a job agency currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established logistics company. We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join their team. If you are customer-focused and ready to play a key role in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

• Representing the company in a positive and courteous manner at all times.
• Load your vehicle in a safe and proper manner.
• Follow the routing and scheduling of DPS when possible
• Ensure customers receive goods at the required time and to the required delivery point
• Notifying the office of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity
• Carry out a daily vehicle inspection, ensuring the vehicle is in a sound and legal condition, reporting any faults on the relevant inspection document.
• Ensure the vehicle is locked and secured when not in attendance
• Observe the rules of the Highway Code at all times, and always consider other road users.
• Ensure the vehicle is washed and kept in a clean condition both inside
• and out.
• Assist in the warehouse both picking and put away.
• Ensure delivery notes are signed by the customer
• Observe all H&S procedures at all time
• And any other duties that may become necessary from time to time
