Driver
Hours - 7am – 9am and 3.30pm – 6.30pm
In addition, the successful applicant maybe called on to driver for sporting fixtures on an adhoc basis.
Day-to-day of the role:- Operate the school’s minibus routes, ensuring timely and safe transportation of pupils.
- Transport students and staff to school events, such as activity days, sports fixtures, trips, and visits.
- Maintain the minibus’s cleanliness and condition, including daily visual inspections
- Adhere to all relevant school policies, including Health and Safety guidelines for Minibus Drivers.
- Liaise directly with parents when necessary and maintain a high standard of professional conduct at all times.
- Act as an ambassador for the School, promoting its ethos and values within the local community and beyond.
- Previous driving experience
- D1 license
- Ability to maintain high standards of safety and vehicle upkeep.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a school ambassador.
- Commitment to the school’s ethos and values.
- Access to the school canteen.
- Participation in school events.
- Cycle to work scheme.
- Health & wellbeing programme
