We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dry Riser Telesales Representative to join our sales team.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dry Riser Telesales Representative to contribute to the growth of our business by generating new sales leads and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a keen interest in fire safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    • Identify and research potential clients
    • Generate new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales strategies.
    • Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
  • Sales and Customer Relations:

    • Contact potential clients to present our dry riser solutions and explain the benefits.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Provide detailed information and answer queries about our products and services.
  • Sales Targets:

    • Achieve quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
    • Track and report on sales performance and activities.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Documentation and Follow-up:

    • Prepare and send quotations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Follow up on leads and quotations to secure sales.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Basic knowledge of fire safety solutions, specifically dry riser systems, is an advantage.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
