As a Design Technician, you will play a crucial role in shaping the creative and technical skills of the students. You will deliver engaging lessons, fostering a love for design, innovation, and problem-solving. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of designers, engineers, and makers.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and experimentation.
  • Utilize a variety of supporting strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
  • Incorporate real-world applications and industry-relevant content into the curriculum, preparing students for future careers in design and technology.

Qualifications & Experiences
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for design, creativity, and technology.
  • Familiarity with current educational trends, including STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to stay updated with industry advancements.
