Job Description
Main Responsibilities
I am recruiting for an Dual Registered Manager to join a growing organisation, that provides expert residential childcare for children and young people across the West London Area.

The organisation has experience in opening up children's services and achieving OUTSTANDING Ofsted gradings.

Job Details:

Dual Registered Manager
Children's residential care homes, OFSTED regulated services
RI for 3 services, based across West London Area
The services support children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.
Working alongside HR team and Operations Director
Lead on Recruitment, staff development, and supervision
Lead on opening on new services, implementing company policies and procedures
Ensure all services are compliant with OFSTED, ensuring the managers of each home are safely managing each service
Lead on safeguarding concerns
Full-time, permanent position

Qualifications and Knowledge

QCF Level 5 Diploma in Childcare Desirable
Level 3 Safeguarding; DSL, Safer Recruitment
Comprehensive knowledge of legislative framework which governs residential childcare and current trends
Thorough knowledge and understanding of health and safety, equalities and data protection legislation
A sound understanding of safeguarding in practice

Experience
Demonstrable experience of working with individual young people and groups of young people including those with a disability
Experience of developing, implementing and reviewing Care Plans for young people
Experience of safeguarding and protecting children from abuse and participating in the evaluation of the risk of abuse to self or others
Successful experience of leading, developing and managing teams, including performance management
Previous experience of the inspection and regulatory processes in relation to children’s residential care
Previous successful experience of collaborative working in partnership with other agencies.
