We are seeking an experienced Commercial Duct Fitter to join our team, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC ductwork systems in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble ductwork systems for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) in commercial buildings.
• Measure, cut, shape, and fit galvanized, aluminum, and flexible duct materials according to blueprints and specifications.
• Seal and insulate duct systems to ensure airtight connections and efficient airflow.
• Collaborate with other trades (electricians, plumbers, etc.) to complete projects on time.
• Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a duct fitter in commercial environments, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and HVAC layout plans.
• Expertise in working with sheet metal, spiral duct, and other ductwork materials.
• Familiarity with sealing and fastening techniques to ensure airtight systems.
• Knowledge of regulations and best practices for commercial ventilation systems.
• Relevant trade certifications or qualifications in ductwork installation.
• Valid CSCS card
