Job Title: Due Diligence Administration Assistant
Reports to: Compliance and Policies Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timesheet Management: Review and approve employee timesheets, ensuring our time management software is accurate and up to date.
  • Cost Review: Evaluate and enter costs from in-country providers, inhouse verifications, and third parties.
  • Invoice Processing: Organize and approve monthly client invoice figures.
  • Liaison: Maintain regular communication with internal finance teams, external providers, and clients.
  • File Management: Organize and import data into FACT's case management system, maintaining impeccable records.
  • Data Analysis: Consolidate and analyse records from time and file management systems.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional administrative support within the due diligence and compliance field as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Methodical and precise approach to managing various information sources.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • IT Skills: High confidence in using Microsoft Office products.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Communication: Good level of spoken and written English.
