We are excited to be working with a motorsports company in Warrington. We are looking to speak with Dutch and English speakers for a new role in outbound telesales. The role will initially be on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of extension upon completion.

This is an office based role, 5 days a week. The successful candidate will be expected to work one weekend day per week. The salary is 13-15 Euros per hour and there is also a commission structure.

The company is currently going through an exciting period of growth across Europe, mainly in the UK, Netherlands and Germany. English and Dutch skills are required, German would also be beneficial. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales role who is looking for a fast paced and exciting role with plenty of opportunity for growth and earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound calls.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Understand individual customer's needs to provide the best possible service.
  • Follow up with customers to receive feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless execution of events.

What we're looking for:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Experience in a phone based customer service or sales role.
  • Confidence working to KPIs and targets.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Other language skills, especially German, would be highly desirable
