Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Support Consultant

We’re working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who specialise in charities and the not for profit sector. The company are currently around 100 employees strong but have plans to grow by 20-30% this year.

They are currently hiring for a D365 CE/CRM Support Consultant to work on a remote basis.

You will be supporting the company’s CRM customers who are mostly Charities and Not for Profits and this role has a natural progression into a consultant position. 

The company offer a salary of up to £35,000 DOE and a comprehensive benefits package. On top of this they offer some unique perks such as allowing employees to take one day a month fully paid to volunteer with a charity of their choice and their work from anywhere scheme, which allows you to take your work anywhere in the world for two weeks per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming support calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Recording all relevant information for future resolution of the call.
  • Resolving the call within the scope of training or escalating to another team member.
  • Promoting the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience support Dynamics CRM or 365 CE.
  • Excellent customer service skills and clear communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and to agreed SLA’s
  • Knowledge of the following is considered a plus: Power Platform, Power Automate, SSIS, SQL, Kingswaysoft
  • Previous experience working in an IT service or software provider is considered a plus
