Job Title: Dynamics 365 Developer

Location: London, Flexible Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £62,000 based on experience

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join my client, a leading regulatory body, on a permanent basis.

My client are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to join their dynamic IT team. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, configuring, customising and supporting the delivery of business solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, other Microsoft Business tools, and their bespoke in-house system. You will take the lead in delivering new projects and system enhancements, managing the diagnosis and resolution of support issues within the D365 CRM environment and ensuring the ongoing performance and effectiveness of our systems.

Responsibilities as Dynamics 365 Developer

  • Design, develop and document software solutions on identified business requirements, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Provide comprehensive support Dynamics 365, other Microsoft Business tools, and bespoke applications, managing incidents and coordinating with internal and external resolver groups.
  • Lead the delivery of IT application projects and changes, collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements and following organisational for approval and delivery.
  • Work closely with the Applications Development Team and broader IT Department to continuously improve systems and processes, incorporating industry best practices.
  • Regularly review and monitor systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and efficiency, recommending and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends in software development, contributing to the continuous improvement of their IT strategies and practices.
  • Oversee workloads, manage projects with shifting priorities, and produce industry-standard outputs, including status reports, risk assessments, and estimates.

Skills and experiences required

Essential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for designing, developing, testing, migrating data, and implementing application modules.
  • SQL Server Database Design and Administration skills.
  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture and third-party integration tools, with the ability to develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions utilizing the full suite of Dynamics 65 functionalities.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Business products such as Business Central.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, software design patterns, agile software development methodologies, and test-driven development.

This is a permanent opportunity, paying up to £62,000 per annum based on experience. Flexible Hybrid working out of there office in Central London.
