Dynamics CRM F&O Engineer

A Dynamics CRM F&O Engineer is sought to build and support robust CRM solutions for a not-for-profit organisation in the public sector. The role will involve utilising technical expertise to enhance and optimise the company's Dynamics 365 platform to drive operational efficiencies and improve user experience.

Description

Your role will involve:

• Implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting to end users
• Collaborating with other team members on major projects
• Delivering technical training to non-technical staff
• Configuring and customising Dynamics F&O solutions to meet business needs
• Contributing to system upgrades and migrations
• Ensuring the security and integrity of system data
• Reporting and documenting development activities

Profile

A successful Dynamics F&O Engineer should have:

• A strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate for extending Dynamics 365 functionality
• The ability to configure and customise Dynamics F&O solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, able to deliver technical training to non-technical staff

A technical test will need to be completed by candidates short-listed.

• A competitive salary range of £56,268 - £71,590 per year.
