Dynamics Field Services Functional Architect

My client are a established name in the housing and real estate industry and are looking for a Dynamics Field Services Technical Architect on a permanent basis

You will be responsible for taking business problems and designing appropriate technical solutions to meet their needs. Responsible for the design, development, implementation and service support of our Dynamics 365 Field Services systems and associated services. You will share your knowledge and experience with the team and advise on best practice, supporting the lead technical consultants and functional consultants. With their assistance you will deliver high quality solutions.

This is a hands-on technical delivery role. The Dynamics Field Services Technical Architect must be capable of implementing the system they design themselves. They will be a highly experienced Dynamics Field Services Technical Consultant who is taking the next step in their technical design and delivery career.

Essential

Substantial and demonstrable experience of designing, implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Services and Field Service Mobile solutions.

Methodical and well-organized approach to challenges and solutions, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes.

Ability to understand business problems and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience with:

• Defining/implementing teams, roles & security groups.
• Designing and building business process flows within Dynamics.
• Designing and building plugins, Logic Apps and workflows.
• JavaScript (preferably TypeScript), C# and RESTful Web APIs.
• SQL (preferably T-SQL).
• Microsoft Power Platform services.
• Delivering change in a highly integrated complex technical environment.
• D365 Common data model.
• Version control systems (egTFS or Git), Azure DevOps or similar.
• Resource Scheduling Optimisation.
• Agile methodologies.

Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certification or equivalent experience.

Desirable

Experience with:

o HTML, .NET/ASP.NET.

oSSIS.

Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure principles and security.

Knowledge of using KingswaySoft or similar data migration tools.

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering,

Mathematics, Physics, or Physical Chemistry is preferred, but not required.

ITIL foundation certification preferred but not required
