Job title: E-Commerce Admin Assistant -Full Time / Part Time

Based: Walton on Thames
Salary: £20,.000-£23,000 per annum
Hours: 22.5hrs per week, 3 days out of 7 days. 8.30am till 4.30pm - Office based

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well established organisation based in Walton on Thames.

Key Responsibilities

  • To help maximise our income from online retail sales.
  • To liaise with our Retail Team to identify and merchandise items for online sale across multiple platforms, ensuring that products are dispatched, and any customer related queries are answered in a timely manner.
  • Assist with regular sales reporting and KPI targets.
  • This This is an office-based role, though occasional travel to our shops may be required to get high value on free stock to sell through our online selling platforms.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess Marketing and E-Commerce experience, however recent graduates with marketing or E-Commerce skills, IT savvy and commercially aware are actively encouraged to apply.

  • Must be computer literate - proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise own workload whilst working under pressure
  • Adaptable with positive, can do approach to work
  • Excellent customer services skills and interpersonal skills
