The Company:
The role is with an established manufacturing client and key employer in the area, specialising in the manufacture of a wide range of iconic fast moving consumer goods, or over the counter products, available in all the major multiples.
You will be working within a busy, professional, stable and supportive team, where collaborative working is key to the success of the department
E-Commerce, and in this case Amazon, is an exciting and ever growing channel for the sale and distribution of their products.
Position Overview:
Although the position is E-Commerce Co-ordinator, the role itself leans more towards Customer Fulfilment and is placed within the Customer Fulfilment Team.
The successful individual will act as the key liaison point between the clients customers, (ie. Amazon in this instance), their logistics providers, and their internal teams and is required to support this growing channel within their business, in terms of delivering outstanding levels of customer service, which is mainly completed, via email.
The Ideal Person:
Whilst there is some flex in terms of the ideal person, the role is considered ideal for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual with great administrative capabilities who wants to learn, progress and grow into this interesting role.
Good IT skills required.
Must enjoy delivering outstanding levels of customer service and demonstrate the desire to gain further experience within a fast paced, business to business environment.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The provision of excellent levels of customer service (again, mainly via email) and management of orders which will include order entry onto their system, which is generally 2 days a week. The remainder of your working week will include checking the validity of orders, by thoroughly checking delivery addresses, products, prices and stocks and confirming back on the customer portal.
Control of customer invoice queries, query investigation and challenging any non-compliance issues all managed on the customer portal
Liaise with third party distributors to obtain evidence to support any investigations
Collation, checking and filing of orders once dispatch is confirmed
Communicating with internal colleagues
Skills & Knowledge, we are seeking
Good IT skills required (MS Office including Excel) with the aptitude to work on their in-house system SAP
Great communication skills required
Able to deliver in terms of customer service mainly via email queries
A positive attitude and enthusiasm towards problem solving essential
The capability to relay information effectively internally to colleagues and externally to customers.
A strong team work ethic a must!
Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-check your work
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.
Package Details:
An attractive salary is available, depending on experience.
37 hours per week: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4:30pm, with 45 minutes lunch break
24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (can also buy/sell up to 3 per year)

Based in Folkestone - hybrid working available.
