E Commerce Executive

Location: Portslade, BN41 1PL

Salary: From £25,000 per annum

Our client is an eCommerce business for motorcycle parts and accessories from a wide range of different brands. With over 15,000 different parts in stock and a successful eBay and Amazon store alongside the flagship website, they are recruiting for a new team member to join them to help them to excel in providing the best service possible to their growing number of customers.

The Role

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of the MPW eBay and Amazon Stores/Accounts. Liaise with channel account managers to maximise account opportunities. Work closely with their Systems team in relation to their website.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager to implement promotions across sales channels and monitor & report back on results raising any changes in sales trends to relevant team members.
  • Optimise listings to increase sales conversions and maximise sales. Support the team with listing improvements, fixes & editing within agreed timeframes. Lead the implementation of promotions across sales channels.
  • Ensuring new products are showcased, listed on platforms and monitored for development.
  • Responsible for producing key reports for the wider business. You will also provide an overview of findings from the reports for weekly team meetings & Managers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven eBay channel experience- managing and maintaining an eBay business account.
  • Proven Amazon knowledge - some basic understanding of Amazon commerce practises and store management.
  • Basic marketing knowledge - Understanding channel specific promotions and CPC concepts.
  • Excel knowledge - Ability to create concise reports from large data sets using a range of formulas.
  • Adaptability - eCommerce is an ever-changing landscape so the ability to adapt to maximise opportunities is essential.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Motorbike knowledge/interest is desirable but not essential.
