E-Commerce Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an E-Commerce Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms and enhancing the customer shopping experience through effective digital strategies.

Duties:

• To support our Sales Managers in customer set up.
• Analyze retailer reports, provide feedback and advise Account Managers
• To monitor on our retailer’s websites - website content, product placement, product category and ranking and then work through with the retailer to improve SEO.
• Organize and manage our customer profiles & Internal Price Lists, keeping all information accurate.
• Implement Company Marketing initiatives from our Marketing Department - making sure retailer advertising is up to date and our internal system is updated with new products info, images and content.
• To complete Website Audits for Retailers - action and implement updates
• Research and gain understanding of our retailer web portals, how to use, work out the benefits and what data we can be obtained.
• Building relationships with our online sales retailers via phone, video calls & email
• Manage and develop own portfolio of direct online retailer accounts and research and prospect for new opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- An understanding of the importance of high content standards

- Strong Excel skills - as you will need to be able to do calculations in reports to aid with sales development
