Robert Half Technology are assisting a global market leading consultancy to recruit an E-Invoicing Consultant on a contract basis

Role:

The E-Invoicing Consultant will have experience in the following areas

Vendor Selection:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select e-invoicing vendors that best meet the company's needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of vendor capabilities, security, compliance, and integration potential.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with selected vendors.

E-Invoicing Solutions Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation of e-invoicing solutions across the organisation.
  • Develop project plans, time lines, and budgets for e-invoicing projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful system integration and data migration.
  • Provide training and support to users on the new e-invoicing systems and processes.

VAT Compliance:

  • Ensure all e-invoicing processes and solutions comply with local and international VAT regulations.
  • Monitor changes in VAT legislation and update invoicing practices accordingly.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and ensure timely and accurate VAT reporting.

Consulting and Advisory:

  • Provide expert advice on best practices for e-invoicing and VAT compliance.
  • Conduct audits of existing invoicing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in e-invoicing technology and VAT regulations.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with finance, IT, procurement, and other departments to align e-invoicing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Profile

  • The E-Invoicing Consultant will have in-depth knowledge of e-invoicing solutions and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in vendor selection and management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
