The Client:
  
A leading provider of modular construction solutions in the UK, aiming to improve construction efficiency, reduce on-site labour, and enhance build quality through innovative off-site manufacturing techniques.
 
The Role:
  
  • To coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, monitoring and managing the CEO's email inbox and arranging any travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transportation etc.
  • To prepare agendas, documents, presentations and other materials for meetings attended or led by the CEO
  • To serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the CEO.
  • Assist the CEO in managing various projects, providing research analysis and administrative support as required
  
  
The Successful Candidate:
  
  • Will have proven experience as an EA or similar role, support C-level executives
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 
 What's on offer?
  • £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
  • Central London based office
  • Hybrid working structure
