Job Title: EA to Principal – Private Equity - Remote

Location: REMOTE

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

We are seeking a fantastic EA to support the Founder of a global boutique Private Equity firm, specifically investing in the Pharma industry. This is a 1:1 role and fully remote (the Principal is based in the UK).  

Some of your key responsibilities will include diary and meeting management across multiple time zones, travel bookings, expenses etc. Some periods will be fast-paced and demanding, while others may be quieter, so we’re looking for someone who can stay engaged, anticipate needs, and effectively manage both busy and slow periods with ease. We are looking for a can-do attitude and great work ethic!

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role within Financial Services, ideally Private Equity
• Confident managing ever changing diaries and meetings across multiple time zones
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
