We are seeking an EAL Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school situated in the Hampstead area of the London Borough of Camden. EAL Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring students with English as an Additional Language are supported across all aspects of the curriculum. You will work closely with the Head of EAL, classroom teachers and pastoral staff to provide a personalised education experience.

The role of an EAL Teaching Assistant:
  • You will provide support to students with English as an Additional Language (EAL).
  • To work with individual students, small groups and support in whole classes.
  • You will contribute to raising standards of EAL student attainment.
  • Foster positive relationships across the school community.
