Academics can support your start into your career as an Early Career Teacher (ECT). This role in Macclesfield will cover Primary Schools that are looking to take people on long-term roles or there is always the option of trying Primary School Teaching on supply if you would rather a gradual progression.

The majority of schools in Macclesfield are ranked as 'Good' or above by Ofsted, with regular report of good behaviour amongst students. Many of the schools have classroom support available to aid you with your teaching.

Delivering lessons, supporting student growth and working cohesively with colleagues will be your main responsibilities as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
