About the Role: As an ECT, you'll have the chance to develop your teaching skills, work within a supportive team, and inspire students. We're seeking ECTs across all subject areas who are eager to deliver engaging lessons and contribute to a positive learning environment.
What You'll Do:
Deliver creative and engaging lessons in your subject area
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Create tailored learning plans to support student progress
Collaborate with colleagues and take part in professional development
What We're Looking For:
Qualified (or soon-to-be qualified) teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Passionate about teaching and making a difference
Strong communication and organisational skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
