At Wise, our focus is to go beyond delivering training as standalone events and instead deliver engaging learning experiences designed to help our teams achieve our Mission. Our initiatives span across leadership development, learning tech, regulatory training and bespoke function-specific learning solutions. These initiatives are built for global audiences and have regional roll-out strategies.

Wise is committed to developing skills through entry level programmes of development. Once they join us, we aim to provide every WiseStart hire with a transformative skills development programme.

In this role you'll have a huge impact in shaping the learning and development pathways across all of our programmes, helping to position Wise as the very best place to start (or restart) your career. This role will give you the opportunity to think big, get creative and use your expertise to build something exciting.

  • Design and shape learning solutions that scale, applying a customer-centric, product mentality to your design and delivery.
  • Become a point of contact for all our Wise Start cohorts, gathering the groups in communities and facilitating their interaction amongst themselves and their respective teams.
  • Analyse and readily demonstrate the real impact of your learning initiatives to our stakeholders.
  • Be one of our team facilitators for delivering our training products (Company Onboarding, Leadership Development, Team offsites, etc.) in London as required and in alignment with our team efforts in the EMEA region.

  • Build your own path to success with the freedom to try out many things and have full responsibility and ownership to execute. This isn't a job for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. Instead this role would suit someone who wants to solve problems, work at pace and with impact.
  • Have real, significant impact through hands-on learning and development delivery for one of the fastest growing financial technology companies globally. The job itself will grow significantly over time, so will provide many personal growth opportunities.
  • Use all your experience and skills to bring new thinking and ideas to how we evolve self-directed professional and leadership learning at scale.
