An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Careers Advisor in the insurance sector. This role offers a competitive salary of circa £55,000 DOE plus a 15% bonus and is based in the vibrant city of London. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop and deliver global Early Careers programmes at both strategic and operational levels. What you'll do:

As an Early Careers Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by attracting, recruiting, and nurturing top Graduate and Intern talent. You will be responsible for developing and delivering our global Early Careers programmes, ensuring a consistent, positive entry experience across all regions. Your role will also involve running engaging social media campaigns, liaising with key universities worldwide, and utilising data insights to continually improve our campaigns. You will also provide hands-on support to line managers, work closely with the HR Operations team, and design induction and professional development programmes.

* Develop and deliver Early Careers attraction and recruitment activities to select top Graduate and Intern talent
* Liaise closely with campaign partners and key universities globally
* Run impactful social media campaigns to engage and build a pipeline
* Utilize historical campaign and industry data to continually improve campaigns
* Ensure the entry experience on our Early Careers programs globally is consistent and positive
* Facilitate a comprehensive two-year rotational program experience that builds a strong talent pipeline
* Provide regular hands-on support to line managers on supporting Early Career employees in line with business requirements
* Work closely with the HR Operations team to prepare contracts and manage an efficient offer process
* Design and deliver the Early Careers Induction and continued professional development programs

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Early Careers Advisor role will bring a wealth of experience from a Human Resources function within a financial services organisation. You will have proven program management experience, particularly in resourcing and career development initiatives. Your experience with Graduate assessment centres and selection processes will be invaluable in this role. A working knowledge of the Apprenticeship levy in the UK is essential. You will also bring strong relationship building skills, excellent communication skills, and a high level of administration and organisational skills.

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Human Resources function, ideally within a financial services organisation
* Proven program management experience; resourcing and career development initiative lead
* Experience of Graduate assessment centres and selection processes
* Working knowledge of Apprenticeship levy in the UK
* Strong relationship building skills with external partners, universities, colleges
* Project management experience would be beneficial
* Ability to work effectively across different time zones
* High level of administration and organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
