We are seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Lead to join my brilliant Bristol based client during an exciting period of transformation. This role is pivotal in supporting their growth by attracting top talent for their apprenticeship, graduate, and experienced hires positions. With the implementation of a new system, this role offers the chance to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Day to Day of the Role

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for graduates, apprentices, and placement trainees, including CV review, test results, video interviews, and shortlisting for assessment centres.
  • Organise and facilitate assessment centres, providing feedback sessions and conducting wash-ups.
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs and events, establishing strong relationships with educational institutions.
  • Manage the trainee onboarding and induction process, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and management information to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to refine attraction and selection methods.
  • Research and implement innovative engagement strategies for target audiences.
  • Utilise Workday to optimise recruitment technology and keep pace with market changes.
  • Support lateral hires and contribute to the wider People Team’s efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in early careers, future talent, or volume recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, delivering excellent service to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with ATS, especially Workday, is advantageous.
  • A proactive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to handle a high volume of applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A driven individual who is curious about process improvement and achieving results.
