Panoramic Associates is currently supporting a south coast local authority with their recruitment of an interim Early Help, Education & SEND Performance Manager. This is an opportunity to have significant strategic input into the service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the data and evaluation elements of the SEND and Education Improvement journey, New Service Delivery model and the Family Hub Transformation Programme.
  • Strategic lead for the delivery and analysis of performance and management information across children's services, related units and external partners.
  • Creating and managing performance frameworks for all areas of Early Help, Education & SEND.
  • Designing and implementing systems and processes for data and management information programmes.
  • Advising and supporting senior managers in developing and setting performance and outcome targets and systems to monitor progress.

Applicants must have the following experience:

  • Knowledge and experience of overseeing statutory returns.
  • Extensive experience of strategic analysis and building cohesive, effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Leading a complex multi-agency project or programme to a specified outcome.
  • Leading, designing and implementing performance frameworks.

The assignment will be to 31st October initially, with the potential for extension or temp2perm. The client can offer a day rate of £400 (negotiable DOE) via umbrella company. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days onsite per week according to business need.
