Job Title: Early Years Childcare Tutor
Location: Worcestershire - Must be flexible with travel
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Duties:
- Working in an outreach capacity, delivering short Courses in Early Years Childcare, to learners in group settings.
- Design, develop and maintain curriculum material to ensure it meets requirements of the Early Years sector.
- The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs.
- The successful candidate must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train clients in order to help them realise their potential.
- You will follow schemes of work but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing and motivating training.
- Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTTLS or equivalent / above).
- Must have experience of delivering engaging training / workshops to learners.
- Must hold solid, occupational experience within Early Years Childcare.
- Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
- Must be IT literate, with confidence to deliver via video platforms e.g. Teams/Zoom.
- Experience in workplace training is highly desirable.
- Organisational skills are a must.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
