Early Years Practitioner - Nursery Class

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner with a CACHE Level 3 qualification? Do you enjoy creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners to thrive? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

An outstanding mainstream primary school in Islington is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their Nursery team from September 2025.

Key Requirements:

  • CACHE Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent in Early Years Education)

  • Experience working in a nursery or primary school setting

  • A warm, caring, and patient nature with excellent communication skills

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents

The Role:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering a creative and inclusive EYFS curriculum

  • Observing and assessing children's learning and development

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment
