We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team starting in September. As an EYE, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love of learning in our youngest pupils and supporting their early development.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

-Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

-Support the individual needs of each child, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

-Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing with parents and carers.

-Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement a cohesive educational experience.

-Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community.

Requirements:

-A recognized qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).

-Proven experience working with young children in a school or nursery setting.

-A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.

-An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Desirable:

-First Aid certification.

-Additional qualifications or training relevant to early childhood education.

-Experience working with children with special educational needs.
