Link3 Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner who is committed to delivering top-quality childcare and education for children at our nursery in London (SE22).

Key Job Details:

This Early Years Practitioner role is permanent, full-time, flexible, 4 days a week, and starts immediately.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who will innovate and elevate standards in childcare and education. A good sense of humour, along with the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young children, is essential.

To succeed in this Early Years Practitioner position, you will:

  • Possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning.
  • Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or be enrolled in a childcare-related course.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the EYFS Curriculum.
  • Maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Show a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
  • Implement innovative and resourceful teaching methods.

Essential Requirements:
All applicants must have:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning.

  • A positive approach to child development, behavior management, and a strong passion for their area of expertise as reflected in their teaching.
