Senior Practitioner / Early Years Educator - BA1

Do you have a passion for Early Years education? My client is seeking a dedicated Senior Practitioner to assist the Room Leader in the daily management of their baby room. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist the Room Leader in managing the daily operations of the baby room
  • Ensure high-quality care and safety for all children
  • Provide stimulating play experiences and learning opportunities
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of the Early Years curriculum

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Experience in pre-school or nursery settings
  • Hold a relevant childcare qualification
  • Hard-working, with a flair for creativity and a sense of humour
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
