Early Years Practitioner - Thurrock, Essex

A well led and supportive primary school in Thurrock are on the lookout for an Early Years Practitioner who can join them on a full time basis from September 2024. This role will be to work in Nursery and Reception in a mainstream primary school.

This is a full time role (Monday to Friday) and is extremely rewarding should you want to make a real difference to children within EYFS.

** Full time - long term role (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm)

** Term time only

** £83-£100 per day

This really is a fantastic opportunity and this primary school in Thurrock are looking for someone who is considering a long term career within education or working within Early Years. You will be working in a supportive and inclusive environment that is perfectly located for commuting via tubes, buses and also car if you drive.

For this Early Years Practitioner role, you must either hold a Level 2 or 3 child related qualification or a recent education related degree or have experience working in private nurseries or in Early Years within a primary school.

This primary school are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Early Years Practitioners who can think on their feet and want to join a dynamic, inclusive and supportive time in this early years department.You will be working across Nursery & Reception to provide a fun learning environment through play and school work and will be required to assist with phonics, numeracy and record observations based on the 7 stages of learning.

You will be a crucial part to these children's first stages of their lifelong learning journey, making their experience fun and engaging whilst feeling safe and nurtured.

You will have access to incredible training including:

- Phonics & Numeracy

- SEN, Safeguarding & behaviour management techniques as well as fantastic career progression and teacher training opportunities.

You will be working with a fabulous team of EYPs and will be well supported by the teaching and senior leadership team as well as being mentored by the EYFS leader.
