Position: Early Years Practitioners

Location: Various Primary Schools in Manchester

Start Date: September 2024

Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, a Nursery Nurse qualification, or an EYFS qualification? If so, we want you to join our team of dedicated professionals supporting primary schools in Manchester.

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to provide high-quality support to young children in primary school settings. Successful candidates will work alongside teachers to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for early years children.
  • Support the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Help to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor and record children's progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child's development and progress.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, Nursery Nurse qualification, or EYFS qualification.
  • Recent experience working with young children, either in a placement or a paid role.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
