A large, diverse primary school are looking for an experience  in the heart of north London are looking for an experienced Early Teaching Assistant to join their school.

The Role

In this role you will be supporting the teacher and pupils within one of the school's nursery class. You will be directed by the class teacher to oversee play-based activities and focussed learning. You will assist the class teacher in preparing resources, general administration and behaviour management. Your role will include playground duties and general support within the Early Years Foundation Stage. The school are looking for a Nursery Assistant with initiative and a caring and friendly attitude who is able to commit to a full-time role.

This role is offered on a full-time contract basis from September 2024 until July 2025. The hours are 8.30pm – 4.00pm.

This 2-form entry primary school welcomes pupils and families from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures. The leadership team and staff have created a fun friendly and exciting place to learn with an enriched curriculum. Pupils are effectively supported to make progress academically as well as personally and socially. The school is deemed 'good' by Ofsted and there is good CPD available. The school is close to Wood Green with good local transport links and parking available.
