eCommerce Executive

Digital Tonic are delighted to be working with a luxury home furnishing and lifestyle store based in the South West. The eCommerce side of the business has experienced significant growth, leading to the continuous launch of new products on their online platforms. They are currently on the lookout for a highly ambitious eCommerce Executive to join their talented team.

This position involves a variety of hands-on responsibilities with a real focus on managing the process of launching new products both on the website and marketplace platforms. This includes adding products to the website, updating menu structures, ensuring accurate pricing, and managing promotional discounts. Additionally, the role involves maintaining brand presence on other online marketplaces, ensuring that they reflect accurate pricing, stock levels, and product offerings.

To succeed in this role you will need to be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and be confident to make responsive changes when something is wrong on the site. You should have experience using Excel to cross-reference, and populate data, and be able to demonstrate this during the interview process.

You should have at least 2 years of experience working with product data in a retail environment and should be familiar with back-office systems that are integrated with each other. Additionally, experience with using a website CMS is required.

There is a salary of up to £22k on offer here, this is a great opportunity to work with a growing brand & develop in other areas of digital marketing such as Social, Email, PPC & SEO. Other benefits include a hybrid working environment, you will able to make the commute to the Dorset based office 3 times per week.
