eCommerce Manager / London / Hybrid – 1 day from home / £50-60,000 per annum As the eCommerce Manager, you'll lead the digital retail strategy from end to end — optimising the website, improving user journeys, integrating digital marketing efforts, and driving revenue performance. You’ll act as the bridge between marketing, operations, fulfilment, and development, making sure every element of the eCommerce experience delivers on both brand and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic eCommerce roadmap aligned with business goals
Audit and optimise website UX, conversion funnels, and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution and product launches
Own online revenue and margin performance; manage pricing, promotions, and upselling
Oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations including merchandising and platform functionality
Partner with fulfilment and retail teams to create seamless cross-channel experiences
Lead A/B testing and continuous site optimisation with data-driven insight
Manage external partners (PPC, dev, fulfilment) to budget and performance KPIs
Experience and Expertise:
8–10+ years of eCommerce experience, with at least 5+ in a leadership or strategic role
Proven track record of growing online revenue and owning P&L
Background in premium drinks, luxury goods, or high-end retail is essential
Hands-on experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, and eCommerce tools
Strong digital marketing awareness (SEO, PPC, email, affiliate)
Highly analytical, commercially minded, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and solutions-driven
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
