Our client a family-owned business thriving for nearly 20 years, as a Ecommerce Marketing Executive. This role is crucial for managing the UK and US marketplace accounts, including Amazon and Walmart, to drive brand awareness and sales. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and development of all online marketplace accounts.
  • Ensure listings are live, accurate, and compliant, promptly addressing any issues.
  • Communicate with marketplace customer support to resolve escalations and issues related to marketplace operations and listings.
  • Monitor and manage the overall health of the account, proactively raising and resolving any issues.
  • Create, manage, and optimise product listings across various marketplaces, ensuring they are comprehensive, captivating, and uphold our brand values.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to produce images, videos, and A+ content that enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of product listings.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing plans, ensuring consistency and integrity of the brand across all channels.
  • Update website content to reflect marketing campaign plans and coordinate social and email campaigns according to the seasonal marketing plan (Facebook, Instagram ).
  • Analyse the results of all marketing activities to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educated to degree level within a Marketing based degree or worked in a Marketing role for 12 months
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with close attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.
