Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a tech and media giant who are recruiting for an eCommerce Operations Associate based in the heart of Central London. On an initial 12 month contract basis, you will:

• Develop working relationships with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to contribute to cross-project collaborations.
• Develop relationships with partners while supporting partner relationship owners.
• Follow directions on timing, goals, and objectives within a project.
• Contribute to managing partner engagement and relationships by tracking business metrics and insights, building business forecasts, and ensuring strong brand/reputation management.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, business development, or a related role.
• Strong consultative skills to understand stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and collaborate with attorneys to ensure the drafting of contract language reflects business needs and intents.
• Proficiency in data-driven analysis and reporting, with the ability to combine technical and financial data to create competitive advantages.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
