Role Overview:


As an E-commerce Listing & Optimisation Specialist, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence on partner websites and marketplaces. Your role will focus on creating and optimising product listings, improving their performance, and driving conversion rates through compelling content and data-driven strategies. You will also work closely with third-party marketing services to maximise the potential of paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listings:
    • Create and manage new e-commerce product listings across partner websites and marketplaces.
    • Ensure product data, imagery, and descriptions adhere to brand guidelines and platform standards.
  • Optimisation:
    • Regularly audit existing listings and make necessary adjustments to imagery, copy, and layout for improved performance.
    • Use analytics tools to identify underperforming listings and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  • Marketing & Advertising:
    • Collaborate with third-party marketing platforms to develop and manage paid advertising campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximise ROI.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work cross-functionally with the sales, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all e-commerce activities.
    • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, marketplace updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce listing creation and optimisation, preferably within the homewares or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and other global platforms.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with SEO principles.
  • Experience with paid advertising and marketing services (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
